I called on a Tuesday evening, was able to drop my car off for service the next day. I received frequent updates on the status of the repair, which I greatly appreciated! Service was completed the same day, there were no surprise charges upon pick up. Shout out to Ben, he was great!

We bought a 2017 Lexus RX450H from GMC Hagerstown in February for my pregnant wife at the end of February. Came in test drove the car and loved it. As soon as we purchased the vehicle the tire pressure light came on and it started to make a weird noise. I call them immediately the next day to let them know what happened. They told me because you have our warranty take it to the Lexus dealership in Richmond. We did and the diag told us that the vehicle needed, a new water pump, brake booster, new TPMS And there was a rattle in the sunroof. $17000 in repairs. This is ONE day after purchase. Lexus sent me a video of the issues and also sent GMC. We went a week without an answer of repair from GMC. Then I finally got an answer from Wendy the manger and she told me that she will get back to me. Another week went by and I went to the Lexus dealership to see if they heard anything. Nothing. So I called Wendy again and talked to another male manager and told me that he couldn’t believe Lexus would throw them under the bus. He said they will cover just one tpms. I let them know that I’m having pink fluid dripping in my garage. He said oh it’s leaking not broken. I told them my only big concern was the water pump and brake booster. But because upper management was on it he would call me back. I called him back multiple times as well as Wendy and Wanda. No answer. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, even when the customer is willing to negotiate. I understand $17000 is a lot for them to pay that’s why I just asked for the water pump. They couldn’t even say no, they just ignored us. I cannot believe as big as big as Sheehy is they would treat their customers this bad. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. Today, my wife and I are on the way to have our first child and the water pump breaks overheats, and leaves my pregnant wife on the side of 95 at midnight. THAT IS HOW SHEEHY WILL TREAT YOU. YOU WILL BE IGNORED.

My husband and I just bought a GMC SUV used from Sheeny GMC in Hagerstown Maryland. Donovan Loudan was amazing! So helpful, kind, and caring! Donovan answered all our questions before buying, and never pressured us in anyway. The SUV looked and drove like new too. We love our new to us GMC SUV! Not only Donovan, but everyone we came into contact were very friendly and helpful. If you need a new or used vehicle we would highly recommend Sheeny GMC in Hagerstown MD, ask for Donovan.

I’ve never had any problems with Sheehy since the day of purchase……..other than no owners manual with this truck and I purchased one and Windy made sure I was reimbursed!!!!!!!

Josh listened to all of my concerns he kept me updated thru the process And he even found a recall airbag And had it installed The detailed team did excellent And my loaner car was ready when I dropped off my Enclave

I could go to any Buick dealer for my service. But I choose to continue to come here Josh and Logan always make sure my vehicle is running properly and safe They are always very Professional and listen to my concerns They make sure when I leave I am satisfied with the service They make sure I have a loaner vehicle when needed

My wife took her vehicle in for a liftgate issue, they charged her over $200 just to look at it, including "environmental fees" and "document storage".. We will never take our vehicle there for service. They would rather make money this way than actually fixing the vehicles.

The finance department lies to your face to up sell extended warranty! And they don’t have any reputable techs in there service department ! Took truck in for radio not working and they said it was the screen and was bad ? I guess no one there is technically competent in electronics! Took it apart and half the plugs were not plugged in so took it to a shop with a radio tech and the HMI is bad . Stay away from this place they lie and don’t know what they are doing !
