Once again this dealership has proven themselves to be superior to the others in the area and thats why i continue to trust them with my truck they understand how particular i am when it comes to my truck and my service advisor is always giving me updates when he can hes often very busy in there and still finds time to reach back out even if its not the same day its the very next day for sure

Very quick, thorough, & polite. I started using them for service when they moved to King George & bought my first vehicle from them a few months ago breaking a 30 year buying spree from one other dealer & had a great experience.

Work was done on time and well done as usual, that's why we keep coming back for both our vehicles. Natasha was her usual personable excellent service advisor!

Prices can’t be beat; however, customer service has been very disappointing. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered and were never returned. The car was given to me without an inspection, without the new tires that were promised, with very little gas, and it was not registered. I am also still missing the trunk lid. We were told in January that a new one would be provided, and it is now May with no resolution. They have not returned calls regarding this issue. I While the pricing was great, the lack of follow-through and communication has made this a frustrating experience.

After my vehicle was deemed a total loss by the other driver’s insurance from an accident, I was in the market for a vehicle. Lauryn greeted me and asked for a few pieces of information to best assist me. She determined my price range, features I was looking for and also the type of vehicle. We did multiple test drives while she explained each vehicles features. Once deciding on the vehicle I wanted she effortlessly walked me through the paperwork and process. It was fast and efficient, which I appreciated so much.

Bayside always gets my service done quickly without any issues, would recommend to anybody,friendly service and quick service are hard to get together but Bayside never lets me down.

I got my inspection done and had a recall fixed. When I went out to my truck to leave I started it up and the alert for the hood being open came up. The service tech couldn't even check to make sure everything was back the way he found it before saying it was done.
