Sales staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Sales staff were extremely professional and friendly. They worked their tail off to get me into the right truck, an F350 XLT. Lauren, my salesperson, Brian the sales manager and Katie in finance all were outstanding. The delivery of the truck left a lot to be desired. First, the truck had enough gas in it to only go about 20 miles and I live 36 miles away. I had to buy my own tank of gas. Now to be fair they’re going to reimburse me. Secondly, my front tires were 20 pounds low and my rear tires were 35 pounds low. Again, unacceptable. Finally, no one show d me the features of the truck or connect the onboard modem to my ford pass app. I knew how to do that and how everything in the truck works but they didn’t know that. And again, in fairness, they were short on staff that day and the big storm was due to hit at anytime so they were trying to get done so they could close up and beat the storm. Would I be there again or recommend them to someone else?? Yes, I would. I’m hopefully that my experience at delivery was an isolated incident. Chuck Matheson
