I used a coupon for an oil change primarily, but they also rotated the tires, checked the brakes, etc. They reported that my week-old rear brakes were at 4 mm. I complained. The service manager looked at them and confirmed that they look new. He was apologetic, polite, and understanding. I’m still disappointed with their mechanic.

Shayne is a fantastic service manager. Bayside quickly identified and corrected a problem that another dealership overlooked after being specifically informed of it.

Great service- Service Department. Very friendly, I received a quick text to let me know that they had a communication contact for me and would let me know when my vehicle was ready. He then helped me with tire options as well. Definitely a great visit! I'll be back and I highly recommend them and the waiting area is so relaxing. PERFECT!

First appointment I had I showed up 15 minutes early. I was told there would be over a 2 hour wait. I asked why my appointment was not being honored. I was told it was, but still over 2 hour wait. I am not sure what the point is of having an appointment if that is the case, and would have been nice to know before I got. Could have saved me some time. Made another appointment the following week. And had no issues being seen at scheduled time. Natasha provided exceptional customer service. However, I am a little confused why I was charged $20 for a state inspection on a vehicle I purchased brand new less than a year ago from that dealership.
