I did an out of state purchase from Bayside Ford and the sales side of the purchase was fast and easy. Noah was incredibly helpful and patient with me while we arranged the transportation of the trade-in and the purchased vehicle.

Bay was open when I arrived. Regular service guy was not there but another colleague took my keys and checked the records. I was accpted and waited less that 30 minutes and the guy i arranged with let me know when it was done.. no iussues with service. I am bad with names

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I'm only giving 3 stars because they were able to get me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. However, I was told the oil change would take about 30–40 minutes, and it ended up taking nearly two hours before I got my truck back. That was very frustrating, especially since I planned my day around the estimated wait time. The service itself was fine, but better communication and more accurate time estimates would have made for a much better experience.
