Bayside Ford sets the bar for customer service. Great service and support and will assist you in every way possible to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of.

Bay was open when I arrived. Regular service guy was not there but another colleague took my keys and checked the records. I was accpted and waited less that 30 minutes and the guy i arranged with let me know when it was done.. no iussues with service. I am bad with names

Dropped off my truck for service and barely got home before I got a call saying that the work was complete and it was ready for me to pick up

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I'm only giving 3 stars because they were able to get me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. However, I was told the oil change would take about 30–40 minutes, and it ended up taking nearly two hours before I got my truck back. That was very frustrating, especially since I planned my day around the estimated wait time. The service itself was fine, but better communication and more accurate time estimates would have made for a much better experience.

Lauryn did a great job helping me with my trade in and finding a new car. She took her time in providing me with information on different vehicles.

Our sales rep was great! We came in right before closing and he stayed late to make sure we got the car! My only complaint is even after having the car detailed twice it still didn’t seem clean.

Shayne has done a great job keeping me informed on the progress of getting my truck approved and fixed.
