I hardly gave Honda Van Nuys, perhaps never! Through the years they have proven themselves and improved the facility and services, although you still have to watch out for the bad apples as I noticed one of the jerks still works there. So far, it's been very good and service was done at a good timely manner. Tony Castro, one of the service managers who's been there for many years, look for him. He's courteous, honest in prices, and he's very friendly and polite! Of course, you can reject anything they ask you to do! Good job, Honda Van Nuys!!! Thank you

Nobody acknowledging arriving customers at the service center I had an appointment today at 12:45pm. I went inside and nobody spoke to me. Then I approached someone to tell them I have an appointment. He told me to wait. Nobody came to me after 10mns I left

I am highly satisfied with the professional and friendly service that I received during my visit at Honda Van Nuys dealership. It is a welcoming and spacious environment. I purchased a preowned vehicle, and I found the process to be handled in a timely manner. I had all of my questions answered, and I felt acknowledged every step of the way. My family and I were also greeted by the Sales Manager and he made us feel welcomed. Exceptional service!! Jerry Mares was the Sales Consultant that helped me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I also received outstanding service in the finance department by Ross Malinger (F & I Manager). He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. He was patient and kind. An awesome team at Honda Van Nuys indeed!!
