I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the brakes and battery. Tony reminded me that I need new tires as well which i greatly appreciate because I drive my car a lot for work. It all wound up being less expensive than my original estimate. Tony is great! Honda should pay him more.

Leslie was super helpful. 'm not sure why a rental vehicle wouldn't be an option (at no cost) for services due to a recall. It's inconvenient for me to have to go back another day.

Miguel Cuenca is my service advisor, and I really appreciate having someone specific to call whenever something comes up with my car. Honda Van Nuys is also in my neighborhood, so I definitely prefer this location. This time, I dropped off my car overnight, called Miguel the next morning, and they took care of everything that same day. They’ve serviced my car many times, and I’m always very pleased with their attention to detail.
