I had an appointment for a certain time with a specific advisor. As always the advisor I had the appointment with wasn't there and I had to wait 25 minutes until someone checked me in. This seems to be the problem for the last several times we have brought I. Any of our Hondas. I don't know why we bother making an appointment. In addition I feel as though my car wasn't thoroughly evaluated as a couple day later I go to use my fluid in the windshield wiper and it's completely empty. I know I had water in when I brought it in. Also, since picking up my car my Apple CarPlay doesn't work and it worked when I brought it in.

I felt fortunate the work got done so quickly. I felt like the rate was kind of expensive, but I know that dealerships are typically more expensive than independent mechanics. I thought the inspection was thorough, and the video that was sent to me was a grand idea.
