I didn't receive the 2nd Key even tho it says 2nd key available, tried calling few times, each time had an excuse and promise to call back, but never received the call back, neither my phone was picked when I call back later at times. I was lied to throughout!

Made the process very easy, answered all my questions and I left the dealership very happy!!

I went to see a car after seeing the high ratings on Google reviews. I recommend that those considering this place do not go. The salesman was very dishonest. These high ratings are unbelievable. I had informed them in advance that the car I owned was not in good condition, but after signing the documents, I was forced to accept a change in the trade-in amount. Regarding the car key, they said they would order a spare key, but when I contacted them later, they claimed they had never said such a thing. You should not trust salesmen here. I gave one star, but if zero were possible, I would give zero.
