I found a car at Car By U through the TrueCar app. The cash price was listed on the app. My husband and I went to test drive the vehicle and were ready with cash to purchase. It turned out to be false advertising as the only way to achieve that price was by not paying cash. They require that you finance the vehicle with them and provide them with a trade-in to receive the cash price listed. TOTAL SCAM!!! I would have paid the higher price for the listing if it had simply been advertised correctly. The fact that it was not tipped me off that something is wrong here. Looking online, so many of the reviews are negative for this place. I am so happy I listened to my gut and did not purchase here.

They are all crooks and liars. I purchased a car with cash and they told me that there were no problems with the vehicles, however in less than 4 months i have paid over $7500.00 in repairs and the repairs keep coming. They took advantage of me knowing this was my firs used car purchase. SCAM- DONT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR MECHANIC LOOK AT THE CAR. NO MATTER HOW NICE AND TRUSTWORTHY ALEX SEEMS.

Was a great experience work there magic to get me in a car that day. We’re upfront from the start no games like other dealerships. Was also very expedient and did not take all day. Larry Sexon was my liaison with car by u and recommend him to all that read this!!!

Went to look at a buick enclave posted on here and was told the vehicle is at his boss house. Are they in the business of selling cars or riding in them

you cannot have a hardship at all 10 days is all you get no matter what and they do NOT care! They just repo it and get more money with it. I asked for a deffered payment or something with a hardship letter nope. Husband gets paid 2 days later and can pay it NOPE. They dont even accept partial payments.... So if you know that you are not going to have hardships in the future this is the right place for you otherwise 10 DAYS

My experience with Alex was more than perfect! I definitely recommend this quick and easy car lot but don’t forget to ask for Alex!!! And you can get approved for anything no matter the credit score.

They lied about the warranty on car saying it’s 8 months on it then when you take the car to get fixed all the do is turn of any warning lights they never fixed the car smh
