This dealer/company has no business advertising/selling

This dealer/company has no business advertising/selling on-line! I was first to query about an SUV, ready and offering to pay, and they sold it to someone else who came later the same day, making me waste 36 hours in my vehicle aquisition. Pleasant, responsive staff, but no business savvy or scrupples. Also, excessive doc fees. Avoid if shopping on-line... you'll most likely be disappointed.

Very bad experience The salesman was fine the managers

Very bad experience The salesman was fine the managers were disingenuous bordering on dishonest. I put a $1,000.00 deposit on a used truck to hold it while I drove 7hrs from Kentucky, when I was 1.5hrs away they started calling me and wanted me to agree to a purchase price with out having actually seen or touched the truck, claiming there were two people wanting to buy it. They raised the price above the online price by $2,485.00. These are not people I would do business with again. The truck was a Christmas present for my wife or I would have walked out over there shoddy business practices. If that dealership would like to increase there sales all they have to do is get rid of the sales manager.

Salesman Dijuan is very friendly, knowledgeable about the

Salesman Dijuan is very friendly, knowledgeable about the Kia line. He and the sales manager negotiated a very fair deal and very quickly. The rest of the process was efficient and quick. Wish I lived closer to have them service the car, too.

Wonderful service JW is an awesome sale person.. even the sale manager was great.. the finance office guy was awesome as well..i truly appreciate it i got a great deal.. and drove off with a brand new car.. i will recommend them to friends and family.. thank you kia and the the team . You guys rock JW showed me everything i needed to know about my car before i left the store made sure i understood everything from in the phone to the time i got to the store .. so keep up the great work .. and he even helped me with a great insurance quote!!! Im all set!! Thanks again JW AND TEAM
