After shopping multiple Kia stores Courage Kia was the easiest most straight forward place to buy a vehicle from. I asked them for their best number upfront which is exactly what I got without having to play any games. I worked directly with the owner Gabriel and the GM Daniel who made it an incredibly easy to buy my vehicle. I would highly recommend Courage Kia if you are in the market for a new Kia or any pre-owned vehicle and wanting a quick, easy and fair transaction with great customer service.

We had a great experience in looking for the vehicle we

We had a great experience in looking for the vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure and the sales people said come find them when we were ready. We found the one we liked but dealership did not have the color wanted; they advised that they could get it for us. Paperwork went great and we were able to get to the price we liked and felt comfortable with. We did leave while car was being moved. Once the car arrived there at the dealership there were several delays and we waited over and hour for the car to be cleaned and fueled. We were told 30 minutes. Our salesperson was helping another customer and was not able to assist us. We finally reached out and were assured by the General Manager who was apologetic The long wait was frustrating due to the lack of communication. We did not realize until we got home that we received no paperwork on the sale of the vehicle .

The short answer is, 'Just buy your Kia here!

The short answer is, 'Just buy your Kia here!' But really, I'm 67 years old, and have purchased more vehicles over the years than I could hope to remember. Most dealers are all kinda the same, imo. These guys (and gals) are different. There seems to be genuine care taken, but without that fake feel that seems to permeate most dealerships. Dan, the GM seems more like a school teacher than a car dealer. ..and he puts himself out on the floor instead of hiding in some dark, decision-making chamber in the back of the store. Our salesperson, Dijuan, reflects that same persona. The next time we're in the market for a car, if we're looking at the Kia brand, we'll go out of our way to shop at Courage, without a doubt.

Horrible purchased my vehicle Jeep gladiator overland got

Horrible purchased my vehicle Jeep gladiator overland got home the same day check engine light came on. Had a hard time getting them to fix that a week later seatbelt light security came on took it back. Had a hard time for them to fix that. Gave me a coupon book saying bring it into them because we purchased it from them. They will serviced the vehicle just took my vehicle in to have service. Simple tire rotation simple oil change same day. Got my vehicle back. Check engine light back on these people are horrible. Having a hard time for them to fix this. I don’t understand you sold the vehicle you told me to bring it back for service I bring it back give you the business but I get my vehicle back again for the third time with a warning light on now. I’m having a hard time for them to get it fixed My warning light was not on when I brought it to you, but when I get it back, it’s on they are horrible service men do not know what they’re doing
