Howard Meron is so exceptional on so many different levels: years of experience, technical knowledge and its application and great disposition. He is so multi-talented and easy to talk about Lexus and the new technologies. Mike Shparago was very thorough and expeditious in processing my paperwork. Howard and Mike worked closely together to present it to me with very little downtime.

Malinda and Scott were so helpful getting my bumper estimated for repair. Malinda helped me get the estimate from State Farm for the go ahead with approval. Christine called enterprise to arrange an appointment to get the car reserved! Thanks for all the help!

Body estimate was prepared by Scott and Melinda. They contacted State Farm for me to get an estimate and have approvals for the bumper to be replaced.
