Pleasant experience.
My aunt is happy with her 2018 CH-R and thought she got a fair deal. She hates car shopping, but Hany (and everyone else at the dealership) was friendly and accommodating to work with throughout the entire process. I would consider seeing Hany again when it comes time to upgrade from my Kia. Maybe soon.

Everyone is very eager to please the customer.
From the first call to the dealership to inquire about a particular car seen online, until every little concern was addressed, my wife and I have had our best car buying experience. And this was our third purchase at this dealership. We were introduced to Chris Ladd upon our arrival, and until the keys were in our hands and we were driving off, Chris was great to work with. He was not satisfied until we were. I've been back a couple of times for some additions to the car and although the wait was really long, everything promised was done.

Great Salesman
Hany was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with. Usually it's high pressure but with Hany there was no pressure. He took every offer and counter offer to the Sales Manager and didn't try to change my pricing or tell me there's no way they'll accept this offer. He was definitely very patient with me and my process. We eventually came to what feel was a great deal. On the other hand, buyer beware. The sales manager tries to slip in things hoping you won't notice them. I was trading in a 2016 Highlander for a 2018 Highlander. You only have to pay the difference of the offer in taxes. He put the full price of taxes in and tried to add in $1400.00 dollars in options. Just make sure you know what you are doing. Question everything. While finalizing the deal with Elmo, once he found out I wasn't going to purchase any options, it was just a matter of sign here, sign here and out the door. Also, I am from RI and not he was not very helpful with what paperwork was needed to register my car in RI. Bottom line: I love my new Highlander and in the end that is what counts. And Hany, when I am in need of another vehicle, I will ask for you. Thank you.

Friendly, Professional and Works Hard To Make a Deal
Hany worked very hard for me to get the best deal he could get on a new Tacoma for me. He was patient, took my feedback on pricing with a smile, and came back with a better offer for me when he could. I would definitely shop with Hany again - highly recommended!

Great experience buying a used vehicle
