Terrible potential customer treatment.
I test drove a Ford Fusion on a Monday. The price was perfect. The car great. But a check engine light came on. They said they'd fix it and call me within a couple of days. It was over a week and I found out the car's status through the original dealer. Kunes said they couldn't drop the price. Yet on their website a week lat r r they did. On top if it, they fixed the sensor and jacked the price $1500.00. Slimy!
