I drove 7hrs for the truck they had. And to my surprise they were wonderful to deal with Reno took care of everything and I drove home with the truck of my dreams.

It was a routine oil change and tire rotation, I was having trouble with my radio so the service manager came out to my truck himself and then asked a technician out. Found out I need a new radio but they were very kind and courteous.

There is a lot of confusion and they are pleasant . There are some that do not know what equipment is on a vehicle or what can be added. The speed of a response is not always the best.When I picked up my car the salesman I dealt with , Sam played on his phone the whole time and ignored us .

The staff at the car maintenance department were extremely rude and unprofessional. They damaged my car during a diagnostic procedure and did not take accountability until I got aggressive with them. Almost everyone there behaved as if they had attitudes and all hated their jobs. They left trash in my car and did not fully complete what I asked them to do after they called me to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I would not recommend Kunes Platteville to ANY of my friends and family due to their unprofessionalism, low quality work, high prices, and inadequacy. I donot want my loved ones going through the remedial headaches I went through there. I spoke to some of the technicians at Kunes car Maintenance and they themselves told me the management there is a joke. I will not buy a car or service my car at Kunes again and I feel bad for anyone who gets tricked into going to that place. Waste of time and headache.

All the service advisers were helpful ! We we?re able to figure out the ?key sense? issue.

I live far from the dealership, but it provided both e-signing and delivery to my home. The buying process was the most efficient and helpful that I've ever encountered.

Just like every other dealership in the country, they offer absolute bottom dollar for your trade, then turn around and sell it for double of what they paid. It's not unique to them, every dealership does it. But the guy I talked with (I'm horrible with names), was totally awesome. We had a great conversation.

I dealt with them primarily by phone and email and they were very professional. I would recommend them for sure!

Was in getting my 2018 ram repaired and got looking at new trucks and ended up trading for a new 2022 ram while I was there. Excellent service and sales staff.
