not what they advertise
This was the first time in my life buying a new car so I was very excited only to be very unhappy with the whole experience and process all because I went to the wrong dealership. I went in with a preapproved loan that they never even tried to use & never even contacted my bank. They claimed they found another lender with a better rate which turned out to be a completefabrication, the rate was worse, much worse. I had to refinance my loan the following week. Also, they said they could install my runners in 3 days only to be told (after I bought the car) that it was going to take weeks possibly months to even get them in let alone install them. I had a employee discount code which they claimed I could NOT use it due to the pandemic, really?? the pandemic, what a load of crap. I'm so disappointed with this dealership, really expected they'd make my first time new car buyer experience much better than it was; what a bunch of lying scammers, but i should've known better, afterall they are car dealers
