Write a reviewThe question is how many times does it take WATSONVILLE FORD to correctly repair a transmission ? Sound familiar. For me it was 2 times so far.......You would think with a master mechanic labor rate of $260 per hour they would be able to fix it correctly the first time right ? I took my 2020 Ford Transit van in to have the transmission rebuilt at 56,104 miles which was covered under the manufactures 60K warranty the problem occurred 4694 miles later when the transmission cooler failed and started leaking oil profusely just after the 60K warranty period. According to WATSONVILLE FORD the additional $1800 repair would not be covered under the previous repair or the 3 yr 36K mile warranty that came with the rebuilt transmission or the manufactures extended warranty because it was mounted externally on the transmission and not internally. I'm sorry the description on your original service ticket includes the wording removing, inspecting and flushing the transmission cooler before reinstalling it. What am I missing here besides the reason you're trying to rip us off ? In the end Michael Crisel the service writer was sympathetic and tried to help but indicated his hands were tied. While Randall Leath the service manager was worthless and seamed to care less that I was beyond xxxxxx at the way this was handled and turned out. COME ON WATSONVILLE FORD YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.

Ordered a truck from John Krbec. He made the transaction quite easy and smooth. Everything was done over the phone up until picking the truck up. Upon arrival, John had all the paperwork complete, laid out in order, with all required signatures highlighted. It was very seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and John in particular.

Jorge Guzman and the whole sales team was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, accommodating, responsive and worked with me. I loved that they weren't pushy (took me a month to decide) so I really felt like I could trust them. I ended up buying a (Ford Bronco Sport) and LOVE IT. I'm so thankful for the positive experience. They got me exactly what I wanted (had to order from another dealership-because I wanted white and they had just sold the last white one) THANK YOU WATSONVILLE FORD. I went in for a car and came out with friends.

Purchasing a work van from Bobbie was great. No time wasted doing paperwork. Bobbie did all the paperwork while the van was being prepped for delivery. She made arrangements to deliver van and paperwork to me. Great customer service is still a thing with her.
