Best Auto

They sold me a lemon 2009 Impala. It began having serious issues, so we took the car to Brakes Plus to be looked over, and they wouldn't even bother repairing the car. See the attached photo from Brakes Plus. This car is not safe to drive. "Best Auto" sold me a car that is not only NOT roadworthy, but it is a hazard to life. Do not buy from this dealership. DO NOT! Their website only shows positive reviews, and they hide the negative ones. I left a review that never showed up, so I left another, and it still isn't displayed. Jeb reached out on my Google review, offering to make things right, but he hasn't gotten back to me. I've called and left messages twice along with the two emails. Jeb commented to my review only to make it look like they are responsible. They still haven't done anything to make things right. Not only will you chance getting a lemon, you will be lied to.

Great experience overall. Angel was Very helpful. Made the process very easy. I Will be referring all my friends and family to come buy their cars from best auto Glendale.

Bad costumer service sold me a broken car transmission went out twice they took two weeks to fix it didn’t hear from them for the 2 weeks got it back week later transmission went out again. Antonio and Sandra helped me out. I don’t recommend this place at All they will sell you broken cars!
