We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander with Huntley

We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander with Huntley ford. The experiment was top-notch start to finish thanks Jose. I bought several cars over the years, but this is Was easily the most stress-free process Jose was incredibly knowledgeable and patient.

Every time I need parts for my vehicles, I come here,

Every time I need parts for my vehicles, I come here, they are cheaper than any other Ford dealer around Elgin area, last time I took my car for a recall, it took them about an hour to get my vehicle fix, it was fast service, I will definitely keep coming to this dealership for any further assistance I might need with my vehicles.

Great service.

Great service. Dropped me off at home and picked me up after service was complete. they even offered a free carwash after the service like other dealers.

It was a full day of Works package, tire rod inspection,

It was a full day of Works package, tire rod inspection, fuel system flush and wiper blade replacement, key fob Battery change. An excellent job and completed while I waited. Thank you.

On 3/21/26 I attempted to purchase a vehicle they had

On 3/21/26 I attempted to purchase a vehicle they had listed, for the full price they had listed. I was given what multiple other customers were given which is a sheet of paper with extreme mark ups. The sales rep said don’t worry I will go back and negotiate. I explained I did not want to negotiate, as I had offered FULL price for the vehicle. After sitting and waiting for awhile I walked up to the front and simply asked if I could buy the vehicle at full price with out any add ons and was told no. I repeated “Can I or can I not pay for the vehicle at the price you have listed?” There answer was no. They will comment on this with a reply similar to others. “Market changes” “customer offered lower” Again I offered them exactly what they wanted for the vehicle. If you don’t pay for an add on, finance with them at a ridiculous rate, or trade in a car and give it to them for nothing, they will not sell you a car. This is extremely frustrating for the fact of simply wasting people’s time. I drove from out of state hoping to buy one of two vehicles and the one I decided on I was prepared to pay the exact price for and was told no. The sales rep and manager tried to twist the wording around multiple times. When I asked for a definitive answer without any additional talking, yes or no, I was told no. I can not believe they can do this to people everyday, what a miserable experience.
