EVERYONE at Huntley Ford always seems willing to do "WHATEVER IT TAKES"! I went in with a defective windshield washer sprayer, prepared to pay and they pointed out. I had time on my warranty still and took care of it for me instantaneously. Everyone I have worked with here seems to be a TEAM PLAYER.

The quick lane is great.
The quick lane is great. You just pull up to the door it opens -- you pull in and someone comes out gets your information. Then go in get a cup of coffee and a hour later your oil is changed and other work done. You are just sort of in and out in a short time.

As every time, very friendly welcome and immediate
As every time, very friendly welcome and immediate assistance directing me to the right office in the service department. I was taken care of with kindness and professionalism, including a ride home. The vehicle needed some additional parts, and I was able to retrieve it the following day. Very efficient communication with the service staff (text and call).

My works service was quick.
My works service was quick. I also had my rear wiper blade replaced. I was extremely happy that was recommended. I had no idea rear wipers were replaced like front wipers. They were smearing and I needed a new one.

I was also provided a complimentary wash which was greatly appreciated and very necessary with the recent winter road salt. Nate was very personable and informative about concerns I brought to his attention during the visit.
