Huntley Ford service did everything well. They cold called me with a nuisance recall issued on my vehicle. Offered to have mobile service come free of charge. I agree. It was schedule. Christian, the service advisor arrived on time and completed the job in 15 minutes, including doing a complimentary health check on my vehicle.

Ford Mobile Service just did a software update on my 2025 Ford Ranger. Great communication from Huntley Ford to set up the appointment and with Ed as he was on his way to my home. Quick work with my recall, simple towing software update, no more than 20 minutes. Ed was professional and thorough. Very happy with the service.

Everything. From first thinking I need a new battery and mobile service came out and realized I was totally mistaken. But I needed a service anyway so they arranged to get my car picked up and sent to service and then service verified what I wanted done and the cost. Then called me when finished explained everything and gave me the discounts and coupons I was entitled to. Ed at mobile service suggested I use my coupons and put a note in my file for that to happen. Then they sent my car back to my home for me. This is a wonderful service especially since I wasn’t feeling very well to start with. I love your service and your staff is very friendly and helpful. I tell my friends about your service. A big shout out to Brandon in quick lane and Ed in Mobile he has helped me twice before and is a true asset to your company. I can’t say enough about your service.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years. The typical bullpen next man up and all the vultures hanging out to get the next deal. I made an appointment to see a truck when I got there. The truck wasn’t there. The subsequent attempts to find out what was going on with the truck was nearly impossible. I couldn’t get a single point in contact, but what I did get was a major runaround by what was an obviously trained pool of sales people that tried to buffalo you with xxxxxxxx. Cameron was the worst. Joe finally got back to me with good information. Truck sent back to the auction. Customer Support did call me listen to what I had to say. Thank you, Maya.
