My check engine light went on while driving from Ohio. Huntley Ford not only took me with no notice, but was able to correct the issue. I really appreciated their help.

I use Huntley Ford in exclusively for all my vehicle maintenance and repair needs. I scheduled ahead of time with Steven in service, and he made sure my truck was done and back to me the same day. The shop took great care to cover the driver seat, steering wheel, etc., which was very much appreciated. Steven was easy to work with, and I will certainly go back to Huntley Ford next time I need service work done.

The Service Manager, Steve, was very helpful in having the work done in a timely manner. I am always impressed how clean the facility is the the comfortable lounge. This is the 3rd time I've taken my Explorer in for service and each time has been excellent.

As every time, very friendly welcome and immediate assistance directing me to the right office in the service department. I was taken care of with kindness and professionalism, including a ride home. The vehicle needed some additional parts, and I was able to retrieve it the following day. Very efficient communication with the service staff (text and call).

The quick lane is great. You just pull up to the door it opens -- you pull in and someone comes out gets your information. Then go in get a cup of coffee and a hour later your oil is changed and other work done. You are just sort of in and out in a short time.

EVERYONE at Huntley Ford always seems willing to do "WHATEVER IT TAKES"! I went in with a defective windshield washer sprayer, prepared to pay and they pointed out. I had time on my warranty still and took care of it for me instantaneously. Everyone I have worked with here seems to be a TEAM PLAYER.

Heather and the service department was polite, professional and patient. They answered my questions, addressed my concerns and let talk with Eddy the mechanic who worked on the car.
