On 3/21/26 I attempted to purchase a vehicle they had

On 3/21/26 I attempted to purchase a vehicle they had listed, for the full price they had listed. I was given what multiple other customers were given which is a sheet of paper with extreme mark ups. The sales rep said don’t worry I will go back and negotiate. I explained I did not want to negotiate, as I had offered FULL price for the vehicle. After sitting and waiting for awhile I walked up to the front and simply asked if I could buy the vehicle at full price with out any add ons and was told no. I repeated “Can I or can I not pay for the vehicle at the price you have listed?” There answer was no. They will comment on this with a reply similar to others. “Market changes” “customer offered lower” Again I offered them exactly what they wanted for the vehicle. If you don’t pay for an add on, finance with them at a ridiculous rate, or trade in a car and give it to them for nothing, they will not sell you a car. This is extremely frustrating for the fact of simply wasting people’s time. I drove from out of state hoping to buy one of two vehicles and the one I decided on I was prepared to pay the exact price for and was told no. The sales rep and manager tried to twist the wording around multiple times. When I asked for a definitive answer without any additional talking, yes or no, I was told no. I can not believe they can do this to people everyday, what a miserable experience.

Fast, friendly, competent service. The waiting area is also quite comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait too long.

Didn't try and upsell any other services.

Didn't try and upsell any other services. Other than the radiator flush that was done. Service manager was very helpful and nice.

Great Experience.

Great Experience. Set up an appointment with Josh to bring my Truck for Service. The next Day took the truck and I waited. Josh took care of Everything. Every one At the dealership are Super Nice.

i worked a deal with Eric on a new f150, i was able to

i worked a deal with Eric on a new f150, i was able to get 0% on the entire balance. couldnt ask for a better deal with the truck prices these days. Huntley Ford, while a little low on trade values, was still a great choice.

Ask for Arnold when you get in.

Ask for Arnold when you get in. worked my lease with him and he was able to make it one of the smoothest transactions I've had. Payments very close to where I needed them and more for my trade. Great guy and he doesn't try to xx. Thank you Arnold.

Excellent service; got me in and replaced my starter in a

Excellent service; got me in and replaced my starter in a few hours. No small task on the 3.5L ecoboost, means they started on it almost first thing in the AM. Thanks Huntley Ford!!

I liked that I was able to walk in for service.

I liked that I was able to walk in for service. My car started running rough and I was concerned about having to wait to make an appointment together when it checked out.
