I had went in with my family and bought a used BMW 335i and was very happy to meet and be helped by Joon. The service was quick, convenient and even fun.

I had a great experience buying a 2026 Ford I worked with Steve who made me a very good deal on the car which was in production at the time. I put down a deposit and Steve kept me updated as the car was completed, in transit, and received by the dealership. It turned out the car was ready one week before originally expected. I was moving to IL from out of state and it was not at all convenient for me to make a special trip to pick it up. Steven indicated that was no problem and held the car for me, despite the strong demand during a time of high gas prices. After completing my move, I picked the car up one week after it was ready, as Steven promised. He was very good to work with throughout the process and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even setup a couple of things for me in the car (paired my phone, etc.) before I drove away with the car. I was very pleased with Steven A and definitely recommend him I'm also very pleased with the 2026 FORD

I purchased a new 2026 Ford escape, Steven was a great sales consultant, very transparent and easy to work with . Steve followed up with me and was not overbearing. He has a laid back approach which is something I liked most about him. I love my new car and am thankful got the opportunity to work with Steven during this process.

Heather, the service rep, was extremely thorough in describing what the issue where as well as working with me to figure out the timeframe things would be completed ( I dropped off my vehicle for the day) also I was given a ride home by their shuttle service and it was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had talking with anyone in a long time!!!! Chatting with the driver is good medicine and highly recommend!!!!!! You’ll definitely feel better and in a good mood once you get dropped off.
