I was very impressed with speed and ease of getting my son's car fixed. We live about an hour away from here, I had my son’s car towed to the dealership, I called to see if it was even possible, they get to it that day, the service advisor said yes. I talked to her at approximately 10am, my son and I picked up his car in about 5 hours!!! Mind you it was an hour trip for the tow to get the vehicle there. Super fast!! All associates were very nice as well. Highly recommend.

Sales team are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. Today, I tried calling to learn about what rates may be available on a car I was interested in. I spoke to three sales people, one of whom claimed to be a sales manager, and none of them were willing to answer what financing rates were available on the vehicle, in a completely hypothetical, best-case scenario. Instead, they all used the exact same script, completely ignoring my question, to try to force me to come into the showroom. They stuck to this script, even when I asked them to drop the script and just answer the simple question so that I could evaluate whether the financing would be a good option. When I asked to speak to another salesperson, then the sales manager, and then the general manager, each person hung up the phone on me (3 times in total) and refused to transfer the call.
