I had an appointment for an oil change and a window tint.

I had an appointment for an oil change and a window tint. From the time I walked in to the time I left the service department was wonderful. They answered all my questions and were very kind and professional. I will definitely continue to go to this service department for future services needed

Another great service on my Honda Element.

Another great service on my Honda Element. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my Honda. Did not have to wait to order filters, they had ordered them when I scheduled my appt. I will only have this dealership service my vehicles.

Bought car sight unseen.

Bought car sight unseen. Jesse described vehicle in great detail and I was happy with the condition of it when it was shipped to me. My issue was the tires were totally bald and it pulled hard to the left. I told Jesse about this and he told me to get a quote for tires and an alignment. The quote was $1,200. Jesse said the dealership can only give me $545 which is there cost. It may be their cost but that’s not my cost. Then when I brought it to have the tires done, there were locks on the rims with no key. Sent Jesse a text message with photos and called the dealership and left a message with the sales manager but no return text or email. I was told lots of people were looking at the vehicle and it kept getting pulled out of service so that stuff was overlooked. That’s fine, then pay my cost to fix it. Car was not drivable the way I received it.
