I had a great experience with buying the car doing the

I had a great experience with buying the car doing the paperwork and getting approved. But I don’t know that the car had mechanics issues until after 7 days . I have had my car in service since I have bought it. I am greatful for the loaner car. But just disappointed that I chose the car I did.

My second car purchase with this Salem CarMax was even

My second car purchase with this Salem CarMax was even easier than my first one. Fast, friendly, efficient. No “sales” first environment was replaced by “Customer Service” first!

Tristan was amazing!

Tristan was amazing! The only issue we had was the truck we bought was not cleaned and did not have gas in it, we didn't notice till we were half way home (2 hours away). Thinking it was the gas gage I called they said to fill up and the would reimburse ND and send us a check, nothing yet!!!

Jake Ryan was wonderful!

Jake Ryan was wonderful! This is the second car we have purchased through CarMax and each time we have been pleased with how we are treated and the way we feel after we leave. We appreciate the no haggle pricing and the way that CarMax makes us feel afterwards. Thank you for always showing us how car buying should be.

The process from start to finish was very good, I was impressed and now consider myself a fan of CarMax( (lets just say visiting car dealerships has not been high on my visit list...) . The process was even better by the excellence customer service we received from the Salem location, specifically from Rebekah McDowell.

Buying a car from CarMax was very straight forward.

Buying a car from CarMax was very straight forward. All costs were upfront with no add on surprises. I'm giving 4 stars because I had taken the vehicle out twice for a test drive. Both times the "Tire Pressure" caution light was on. I brought this to the dealer's attention. They made note of this issue and on my third trip to Salem to buy the vehicle, the dealer still had not fixed the problem. The vehicle's monitor was showing the spare tire at 9 psi.

This is my third car I have bought from CarMax. I don't believe I would buy a car anywhere else other than CarMax.Saurina from Salem CarMax is the one that helped me with my latest purchase. I highly recommend her she was absolutely awesome. Thank you Saurina! -Dwight Hill-
