This was my first experience with dealership Lexus in Englewood NJ. I can't say enough about Nenad, he was outstanding making sure I got the best deal on our Lexus NX 200t. Nenad went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right car, first car for my daughter. He even took his own time and delivered the new Lexus with big red bow on top to surprise my daughter on her 18th birthday and graduation party. Made us feel like family. They lie about their online pricing, don't believe it! I saw several certified cars listed online and on their website and they were priced about what I'd expect to pay. I went in thinking that a Lexus dealership would be a relatively honest and transparent place to purchase my wife an SUV. I was mistaken! I went in and found out that regardless of what they advertise online that they charge an extra $1,850 "certification fee". I walked out, went to the Lexus dealer in Mahwah where no games were played and drove out with an RX350 the same day for a reasonable price without the games and lies. I went to Lexus of Englewood as they are the closest to where I live but I can assure you that the trip to Mahwah is worth it.
