As a first time car buyer I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Over the past few months of searching for the right car, Juan Ospina, along with his manager Michael Maxx, were two of the best salesmen I've worked with. They was very personable and understanding of my budget by not being pushy or pressuring my decision. Most car dealerships are strictly looking to make a sale, but the staff of Lexus of Englewood looks to provide honesty and great customer service for all buyers.

Mateo at Pre-owned Lexus
My salesman (Mateo) was extremely professional, helpful and honest. Instead of using high pressure sales tactics, he answered whatever questions I had and met me with the best deal possible. This man made my ENTIRE experience PHENOMENAL. I am huge on superior customer service and businesses that believe in infusing customer values into their operation. The service I received was top notch and the staff (Michael the sales Manager, Angela, Mateo and Tamar at the front desk) certainly show that they are more than co-workers, but a family! They were all professional, kind, thorough, and took time to have conversation with me, showing that I am not just a number, but a Client whom they care about. They made my transaction fun and light, not cumbersome or overwhelming. I will definitely recommend others to purchase future vehicles from this dealership and I will send as many family and friends their way as possible.

Great dealership-part of our family
Always treat me like a valued customer. Kindness extended to my granddaughter. Dominic went the extra mile for us!! We brought my son and his wife and they leased a car years ago. Lexus of Englewood will be part of our family for years to come.

Great dealership
Amazing experience! The whole staff was wonderful and very honest. They gave me a price over the phone once I arrived they didn't change anything. I signed all the paper work and was driving home in 30 min.
