Great service

Sales person was helpful in explaining and reaching a good deal. It was our second lease from the same dealership and transition from first car to second was easy and smooth.

very bad customer service

Set up a appointment when I got there the car I wanted to see was being driven be a owner and wouldn't be back until the next day so I drove 3 hours for nothing , so the finance manger tried to get me to buy a car unseen and wouldn't even lower the price. very bad customer service .. Don't waste your time . and for a Lexus dealership its small and not to appealing . Went to another dealership the same day about 20 minutes away Lexus of Route 10 very nice and I bought the car
