Do not purchase a car from these folks they are unethical
without the authorization of my in laws the dealer charged them for GAP insurance and Anti Theft Insurance. Additionally, per our agreement, the car came with a one year warranty, however, they were charged $2,000 for the warranty that should have been included in the price. When I called the Manager and Finance Director, they did not have the courtesy to return my call. At least the sales rep answered my call, however, he cited ...."this is not my problem". I never expected the lack of professionalism and unethical "used car" tactics from a certified Lexus dealer. STAY AWAY!

Like Family
Start to finish yesterday was better than I ever could have anticipated. This was my third lease from Lexus of Englewood. Dominic Dimartino has maintained regular communication with me throughout my lease and planned my visit in a timely manner. I had my young daughter with me and he made her welcome and comfortable as could be in what is obvisouly a long day even for an adult. Dominic got me exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy. The entire staff was accomodating, kind, and helpful.
