Very friendly to deal with

Leon was very helpful. I would buy from him again. The entire dealership seemed to take interest in my being satisfied. Even the girl at the desk, as you enter, was very kind.

Great Service

Everything, especially how smoothly it all went. It was a pressure free experience. This is my second vehicle and will be going back to Lexus of Englewood for my third once my lease is up.

Very pleasant and courteous. Was able to make a deal over the phone without coming into the dealership. When I arrived, the paperwork was already ready for me to sign. The price was as promised.

The personal attention which we received from Frank Conticello, our salesperson. Frank is warm, courteous, responsive, efficient and helpful. We have always been pleased with our Lexus cars and Frank is the main reason we lease them from Lexus of Englewood, lease after lease.

A fast and easy process

Both Steve Ham and Toni Han made the entire experience very easy. They were open and honest and not at all pushy. I felt very comfortable working with both of them. Also the young man who showed us how to operate all of the car's features was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He thoroughly explained all the differences between my old Lexus and the new model and its options.

KIND, GOOD SERVICE.

IF I COMPARE WITH LAST TIME WHEN I LEASE ES350 THIS TIME MUCH BETTER THAN AT THAT TIME. LAST TIME I FELT THAT I OVER PAY MUCH MORE BUT THIS TIME I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THAT.
