Upfront pricing, very straightforward
We had never considered a Volkswagen, until we rented one. Very shocked at the low pricing for all the options you receive. Before returning the rental, we found ourselves purchasing one. Our salesman, David Diaz, is amazing. He does not have the intense personality that some salesman have, which allows you to get comfortable speaking with him. He actually takes the time to hear you, not just listen. He is knowledgeable about the products. I recommend his services to anyone that is looking to purchase. Michael Pollard was there as an additional contact. He is very knowledgeable also. This was the first time we purchased a car from a no-haggle dealership, and it was a little awkward for us. There definitely was no haggling, no matter how hard we tried (ha-ha). We still walked out feeling good about the price without the haggle. We are just impressed over the whole process and the people.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Do not buy a car here. The customer service is horrible. The lady had smart remarks and ridiculous facial expressions towards us for speaking out opinions on a car and the manager was even more ridiculous. Worst car place ever and been to many! Would never ever buy something from there. Beware! Once you walk in you feel like you're bothering them.

The WORST Service Department
Took my new VW for driverside seat heating problem. Very unorganized and dysfunctional department and people. Left the car more than three days, and no one could tell me what was the diagnosis. Everyday stopped by to see if there was any diagnosis, well good luck finding anyone first, and then to no avail. The last statement on the third day was that their technicians wife was sick and he had to leave. Reminded me of the kids in school with excuses like my dog ate my homework. I have never dealt with such incompetent group of people. Finally on fourth day, took the car back and took it to another dealer and fixed it in less than an hour. Every new or used car will need service, so Buyer Beware. I do not know any thing about their sales department, but remember that in life of your car, you would have to deal with service department, not the sales. I would not even give them one star.

Wow...great dealer and sales person
What a difference a dealer makes as well as a salesperson. Diane helped me through a process that people really hate, but she took care of me at Fields VW and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Excellent service
I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and Andy was very knowledgable and found me the car I was looking for at the price I was looking for. Andy asked the right questions up front and the process was quick. I have had my car about a month and fields has delivered all they promised. Great service, sales and price.

Amazing
I really recommend this dealership. Since the first time I came in to the dealer, they all have good manners saying good afternoon. After that I was asking for someone who speak spanish who can help me because of my difficulties in english. Been very good the customer service. Even they gave me different options of cars and ending it with a great deal. Realmente recomiendo este concesionario. Desde la primera vez que entré al dealer, todos tienendo buenos modales diciendo buenas tardes. Luego que entro, pedi un empleado que hablara español que me pueda ayudar a causa de mis dificultades en Inglés. A estado muy bueno el servicio al cliente. Incluso me dieron diferentes opciones de coches y terminando con un buen negocio.

Great dealership with even better staff!
Process couldn't have been easier. Roger helped me with everything and made me feel welcomed the entire time. I was buying most likely the least expensive car on the lot but Roger made me feel as if I was buying a new 7 series. No "slick sales guy" nonsense. Just an honest guy trying to get you the best deal possible. Do yourself a favor and ask for Roger when you get to the dealership

Nelsy Caliendo, Kyle Brien and Michael (GM) were my sales professionals that helped me choose my 2015 Passat TDI. They were helpful in locating the car I wanted and got the services I requested on it completed in a timely matter. Even the finance manager made the experience not so stressful.
