I am a new customer to the Johnson auto group, and after

I am a new customer to the Johnson auto group, and after my experience will certainly be a returning customer. The sales staff, specifically Shelby, was amazing. They were attentive, fair, reasonable, and transparent throughout the entire process. I am so happy I decided to purchase from Johnson GMC. Ultimately, I left the dealership with a new truck and a great experience where I felt that I was a valued customer and that my business was truly appreciated.

The sale person Tom.

The sale person Tom.help us out a lot great customer service! Was very knowledge able! Went beyond customer service excellent ! Felt like family! I recommend this dealership for the outstanding sale person Tom and all the people that work there very nice not pushy!

from the beginning of inquiring about the purchase of a new GMC sierra 1500 to the completion of driving one home from John Jonson GMC. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had over the course of 30 years. Both the sales team and financial team were outstanding, friendly, understood what I wanted without also applying any sales or financial pressure during my vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a GMC and will be returning when needing another new GMC vehicle in the future. DL

This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Dropped my car off for an oil change on Saturday morning at 9am - I had an appointment, the service writer told me that the car should be ready in about 2 hours. I asked them to call me as soon as the car was ready. I waited for a call until 2:45pm - nobody called me. I called the dealership only to find out that the service department was already closed - what happened to great service??? I got my car and it was dirty - I was under the impression that my car was supposed to get washed with service. Also, when I went to change my oil before last one, I was told that I need to do my brakes and they told me that to change the pads it would be $700, but this time around nobody told me anything - what is going on??? When I dropped my car last time, I saw an advertisement at the dealership for a brake pad service for $199 - again what is going on? This was a very disappointing experience for me.
