The Honda product is excellent, we knew that going into...

The Honda product is excellent, we knew that going into this, however, the salesman Ed Bostonian was superb. So knowledgeable and friendly and made buying a first time car for my mom of 81 years old (without my dad) such a pleasureable experience instead of the bittersweet frightening experience she anticipated. We just purchased a 2012 Cr-V from Honda of New Rochelle....

We just purchased a 2012 Cr-V from Honda of New Rochelle. There is no doubt the courteous, informed approach and professional style of Joseph Jacob was the main factor. We already liked the Cr-V and had driven it the day before at another dealer location. In fact, we had expected to test drive a Subaru Outback this particular day but all the dealerships were closed on Sunday. We decided to go to Honda of New Rochelle (where we previously got our Honda Pilot) and try the Cr-V again. Joseph was impressive from the start, firstly by really knowing the vehicle's capabilities and being able to articulate details on the features with confidence and precision. Perhaps more importantly he listened to us...something that all sales people should learn, listen to your customers. Joseph answered questions and continued to inform us about features in the Cr-V that we didn't even know about despite having done extensive research. Obviously, he wanted to get a sale done but at no time did he lose sight of seeing that we were feeling like our interests were important. Bottom line, he helped organize a very fair deal for everyone and then took charge of getting the rest of the details properly organized. On the day we took possession Joseph spent as much time as we needed to review all the many useful modern amenities the Cr-V currently features. His grasp of all these elements again demonstrated how well he understood this vehicle's capabilities and his easy, patient style of demonstrating made the process enjoyable and most of all...we left knowing more than the basics. We'd also like to cite Jonathan Stahl in Finance for his help handling the paperwork to seal the deal. This was a great experience, an easy transaction and we love our new Cr-V. Honda of New Rochelle got our business because of Joseph Jacob's first class effort. This is how you win customer loyalty and earn repeat business. We'll be back when the time comes.

My wife and I were looking to buy a used car In New York....

My wife and I were looking to buy a used car In New York. We previously went to Paragon Honda and had a bad experience to the point where I decided to hold off on buying a car especially from a dealer. My wife insisted that we stop at Honda of New Rochelle because it was on our way home. I agreed only if we would just look and not buy a car. When we arrived we were greeted buy a young man name Ricky Garcia. Upon our arrival I was in a foul mood because of my experience with Paragon Honda and Ricky picked up on that. He was sensitive to our situation and put me at ease. Once I was relaxed he asked us questions without being pushy and I explained exactly what I was looking for. Within two hours my wife and I were proud owners of a certified used Honda. We purchased a car that was the make, model, year, color and exact price we were looking for. This was the best experience purchasing a car at a dealership I have had hands down! I have and would highly recommend Ricky and Honda of New Rochelle to anyone who wants to buy a used vehicle and feel good about their purchase.

My husband and I went to NR Honda - lookinf for a used...

My husband and I went to NR Honda - lookinf for a used car that was good for commuting. We had our minds set on what's wanted and they happened to have just the right vehicle. Not only was it the right vehicle, but very clean and well maintained and in my mind worth being a certified used vehicle. This shows me how well Honda of NR cares about ensuring vehicles are of the best quality. Rish and Steve were fabulous to work with even when negotiating the price - and we know that's always tough! they understood what we needed, where we needed to be financially and didn't play games. We feel we got a great car! Great deal and so happy to have worked with them!!!

Ronnie was very helpful and knowledgeable of his inventory. Helped find a car I LOVED and could afford. I would recommend Honda of New Roc to anyone looking for a new car. If your not looking for a Honda you should. If your looking for a Honda go to Honda of New Roc and look for Ronnie. He was friendly and really took the time other dealerships wouldn't.

My salesman was Rish. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and fair. He was welcoming from the start. I had no problems with him or the dealer. They gave me a good price, and had the car ready, washed, filled with gas when they said they would. I am recommending this dealer and salesman to all. I dealt with 4 other dealers (Hyundias and Toyotas). This team won out because of the relationship we developed. I'll return there for my next car. Angie R.

I've been dealing with edward and jason for over 8 years...

I've been dealing with edward and jason for over 8 years now. Between my wife and our family we have gotten over 15 cars from Honda of New Rochelle dealing with Edward and Jason. this past year we moved about 100 miles away and needed to renew a leased car we had. we didn't want to drive down to Honda of new rochelle so we went to 3 closer honda dealers. Man we were let down by the service that we received. The game playing was really bad. We felt like we were being treated like idiots. we were getting tired of the games and actually started to feel angry and guilty that we went to another dealer to try to get a lease. We called edward and jason and explained what was going on. they felt horrible and had us come in the next morning. It felt like coming back home. edward and jason took great care of us and were sensitive to our needs. No games were played. we got great deal and were treated like family.Hell we even got two cars that day. One for my wife and one for myself. I tell you one thing, even if i moved to california i would still come back to get my next car and families next car from Edward and jason @ honda of new rochelle! P.S. i will be making my trips down there for the service @ Honda of New Rochelle. They are the best. they don't play games and always treat you like family. they know your name when you walk in the door.

Super fast and friendly express service center! I came...

Super fast and friendly express service center! I came in at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and even though I only asked for an oil change, they told me i was 22 miles short of service B and did it within 30 minutes. Plus, they added a 20% discount.

What can I say about New Rochelle Honda... they are...

What can I say about New Rochelle Honda... they are absolutely the best!! I am also a no nonsense customer and Tony picked up on that right away!! This is my third Pilot and Jason Lee and Tony both made sure I was in and out with the best deal possible. I went on a Tuesday night and was in my brand new 2012 Pilot the next day at the best possible price - and you know what?? They actually called me to let me know there was more value than they originally thought in my trade in and let me know!!! Now that is an HONEST dealer. Once again I will never ever deal with any other dealer besides NEW ROCK Honda because they actually do ROCK!!!
