I would just like to say that the staff at New Rochelle...

I would just like to say that the staff at New Rochelle Honda went ABOVE AND BEYOND any other dealership could ever do. They were very patient, kind and caring. I will recommend New Rochelle Honda to anyone in search of a new car. Hopefully I will be back to them in search of a CRV. Chris should be commended for the excellent way he conducted himself in both getting paperwork sorted out and making the necessary phone calls to process the deal. I would definitely return to New Rochelle Honda for my next lease. Carole Alvino

AWESOME! That is how I felt when I left the Express...

AWESOME! That is how I felt when I left the Express Service Center last night. When I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, I was delighted to learn that I could go to an Express Service Center. It was my first visit there and the experience was GREAT. The fact that I do not need an appointment is extremely convenient. I never look forward to spending my Saturday morning getting my car serviced and never knowing how long it will take. I was in and out of there in less than a 1/2 hour. In addition, I was very impressed with the customer service. Michael Vigliotti is courteous and friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The Express Service Center is the best idea ever. I tip my hat to whoever came up with this idea. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent customer service. I walked into the place, after work, pretty flustered. Ivan Tellez @ Honda Express Service immediately calmed my anxieties about my car issues, gave me possible explanations as to what could be causing the problems and assured me they'd be looked into and dealt with. One of his predictions turned out to be accurate, and he even took me to my hoisted car to show me a nail that found its way into my tire! Thanks Ivan! He also gave me updates as my car was being serviced. Top-notch service.

I'm love the NEW Honda Express Service. I love that its...

I'm love the NEW Honda Express Service. I love that its open 7 days a week. The office is very clean and the service rep are very professional and kind. Normally, I try to arrive early (7:30am)to get out early. I arrived at the NEW Honda Express Service at 9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was out in about 30 minutes. Mike Vigliotti noticed a slight nick in one of my front tire and recommended I get a new set of front tires. He called the main service area(across the street) and they took me quickly. In and out in less than 2 hrs. That use to be how long it took just for the oil change. Thanks Honda of New Rochelle for the NEW Honda Express Service. Now if we can just get the DONUTS to go with the coffee.... LOL!!!
