Today i brought my 2011 Accord in to the Express Service...
Today i brought my 2011 Accord in to the Express Service for an oil change. Ivan greeted me as soon as i walked in the door and let me know he would be with me as soon as he finished with the customer ahead of me. Once he finished with his customer he immediately helped me with my car by taking the keys and bringing it into the shop. He told me my car would be finished in about 30 minutes, which it took even less then that. He was very helpful and i plan on going to him everytime i need service for my car.

I tried the new express service today for the first time....
I tried the new express service today for the first time. I arrived at 7:35 and was out by 8:10. It is a welcome addition to the dealership for those of us who only need fast service. The waiting area was clean and "friendly". I was treated with respect by Ivan when I first arrived and had the opportunity to also speak with Mike and Ivan after the completion of the service about another lease with Honda. I was provided with quick service at a reasonable price. Wonderful service by very professional staff.

I was treated very respectfully and in a very professional manner. The work was completed in the time they projected. The waiting area was immaculate and all the employees very pleasant. I definitely will recommend this dealership as efficient and excellent.

I was very impressed with Mike Vigliotti's...
I was very impressed with Mike Vigliotti's professionalism. I went in for a oil change service. Mike explained the service that would be done. I waited in a brand new service room where the coffee was superb. I was able to read the local newspaper that was provided for me. I will certainly be using Honda of New Rochelle again. I was also back in my car in such a quick amount of time. VERY IMPRESSED!

Ivan Tellez is a good man to have on your payroll...He went the extra step and notified me that one lug nut was missing from my right front wheel...He then obtained a new one and had it installed on my 2011 Honda Accord...I would like to thank Honda for hiring him...He is a true customer service professional.

My wife and I had looked around for a new SUV for...
My wife and I had looked around for a new SUV for ourselves for almost 4 months, having visited several dealerships of different makes and models before finally settled down on the Honda Pilot Touring model from Honda of New Rochelle. Vinny was our salesman who was both courteous and knowledgeable and made our final selection much easier. He even went out of his way to make get a great deal and we really appreciated that. This afternoon before we drove away with our new car, which we never had laid our hands on before, Vinny had made sure we understand all of the basic functions and gadgets. He was very patient and went to great lengths in coaching and explaining every detail to us, and because of his effort we felt much more comfortable and confident afterwards with our new driving experience. The newly opened service area across the street has...
The newly opened service area across the street has already gotten my attention...In approx. 15 minutes I was finished with the oil change...Prior to this new arena, it would of been more than likely 90 minutes. This is going to be extremely convenient being open on Sundays and later at night.
