BEWARE of these frauds!

BEWARE of these frauds!! The car I received did not remotely resemble the pictures and/or the description of the car. On delivery, the car was filthy with dirt ground into paint with animal paw prints all over it, not sure where it was stored after pictures and prior to shipment (could have been outside?), the windows were down and would not operate, A/C was not functional, sunroof not working, numerous rust evidence under paint, around hood, doors, windshield and underneath. Had repaint but not in original color, damage repair to hood, radio inoperative. Definitely NOT worth what I paid and will take a lot of money to even make it suitable for driving. Not sure of more defects as I just parked it in my enclosed storage until I decide what to do with it. Salesman (Aamir) convinced us of the reputation and integrity of the dealership. We trusted him and purchased the car without an inspection. I have never been 'duped' before on an online sale (been doing this for 40 years). Got burned by these smooth operators (also be wary of signing the contract) and they were not willing to negotiate or refund/return. Seller not amiable to any return or refund depite advertising 'easy returns' on the Ebay page.This car is not roadworthy and not fully functional. I would be embarrassed to drive it in daylight due to its appearance. DO NOT trust anything they tell you about any car you might buy, as they obviously cannot tell the truth and prefer to pass a derilect car off on a trusting buyer.

I worked with Aamir and he was very professional and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle before any sales are made. I highly recommend MMG and Aamir as they stock very clean and nice cars.

Salesman did not work with me at all on offer price. Claimed car would be sold even higher than the $4000 above KBB value. Claiming it was a rare fine, and it deserved a 40% above market value. Yet, the car has been on the lot over a month…

A Five-Star Experience at MMG with Aamir

I recently bought a Rolls-Royce Phantom from Monaco Motor Group, and I've got to say, the whole experience was amazing, largely thanks to Ameer. He's not just a sales guy; he's like that knowledgeable friend who knows everything about luxury cars. Right from the start, Ameer was super approachable and available. Whether I had a big question about the car's features or a small one about paperwork, he was just a call away, always ready to help. And let me tell you, his coordination skills are top-notch. He worked magic with my assistant to get all the paperwork sorted out fast. It felt like everything was on autopilot. The car? It's a dream. It arrived looking even better than I expected. BUYER BEWARE

We recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Sequoia that was listed a "immaculate shape"with 84k on it. We paid for the shipping through Monaco motors and it was shipped up to Marietta GA from Florida. The driver arrives at 1am on Friday morning and is refusing to release the vehicle as Amir the owner did not pay the driver and it was COD. At 8am the driver returns and says Amir paid the bill after we had called him at 1am to inform him he had not paid the bill. We took the vehicle and later that day went to check our new car out. Little to our surprise there were no speaker covers on the doors, the cover for the hatch was in the truck and the window harness was taped to the hatch with moving tape.. There are dents all over the vehicle and stains in all the carpets and the drivers side rear door does not open from the inside. The 2nd set of headlights also in the trunk with a bunch of other crap that Amir listed as "Brand new HID headlights". Little did he disclose they are not installed on the car. He states the vehicle has a "new timing belt but has no record and says his mehanic told him the belt looks new" Now for the best part. There is no title with the vehicle and its been 2 weeks. He told us it was overnighted and now will not answer my wife's calls or text messages. We will be filing a complaint with Fla. Gen attorney but buyer beware. " DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AMIR OR MONACO MOTORS IN PORT RICHEY FLA

Exceptional Cars, Unforgettable Service

I've been to many car dealerships in my time, but my recent experience at Monaco Motor Group is hands down one of the best! The selection of unique and hard-to-find cars had me amazed. Never seen such variety in one place. But what made this dealership really special for me was Aamir. He’s one of those rare gems in customer service. Personable, genuine and just an all-around great guy to deal with. He answered all my questions and was super easy to reach before making the purchase. His way of communicating made me feel like I'm not just another sale, but someone he genuinely cared about. If your looking for a great car buying experience and some really unique cars, I'd definitely recommend checking out Monaco Motor Group. And if you can, ask for Aamir. You wont regret it.

couldnt resist the price

This would have been a total 5 star but there was a lot of issues with the car, Let me star off by saying yes the Amir was great with the sale even though i never met him and i went to pick up the car. The place at first glance is super shady which put up a read flag but i kept it moving. the next issue was the car that i got which was a 2016 Audi RS7 in the picture he only showed the little issues that was wrong with the car but after physically see it there was more, missing buttons on the seat,carbon fiber lifting off the panel,lights not working,TPS not working,passenger window off track, gas door not working ,drivers seat back panel coming off and that's just what i seen... after i took it to an Audi deal to get the used car inspection done i almost died.."Why buy at Monaco? Because you will get the peace of mind purchasing from a quality used car dealer." thats what is on his page which is false advertisement to me. And when brought up to Amir his response" My apologies, we try to zoom in on everything that we come across but its possible my guy missed some of those things.based on the items you've mentioned though, it doesn't seem seem like it would cost much to tighten back into place" referring to the side panels that was coming off..like sir your guy must have a seeing problem because there is 18k worth of damage to the car lets be real he didn't look at all..i paid 50k it was listed for 55k he took 500 for the window ....my advice to anyone buying from here please go and pick it up and see it for yourself or you'll be stuck with having to pay for repairs yourself..

xxxxty Company

Very deceptive, car had several hundred miles more on it than stated, used a picture of the wheel in best condition, and then posted four pictures of it, implying those are the actual four wheels, but it’s four pictures of the wheel in the best condition, very deceptive and misleading. Communication about the shipping was lame. Just another xxxxty company. Scott
