This is my second go round here… Two different

This is my second go round here… Two different management, though, first one a couple years ago was a fiasco. I had to pay for a part that Ford knew was bad, but instead of putting a recall on it, they just decided to charge people to have it fixed, this time I brought my truck in with 63,000 miles on it a week ago… And it took almost a full week to get a diagnosis for my vehicle, and this dealership, maybe all other dealerships will not give you a loaner unless it’s a Ford… Because somehow only giving you a Ford loaner builds up the name… Instead of worrying about customer service, I have not had a vehicle for a week… But instead of them, trying to help somebody out and get them a car to get them back on with their lives because their policy makes them take so long to diagnose your vehicle, they would rather you not be comfortable because they only want to give you a Ford vehicle… The only reason I brought my vehicle in here is because I live 1/2 mile away from here… Communication is intermittent and sporadic. I get texts from two different numbers, But with no real updates on anything

Gosch Hemet Ford had great customer service!

Just like everyone, I've had to wait a decent amount of time for my vehicle to get serviced, but sometimes you'll be waiting for hours and never know what's going on. The woman who helped me, Mrs. Pamela Allen was a great help and always gave me an update on my vehicles progress, this way I would be able to gage how long I may have to wait and pay. Pamela was a great help!

Gosch Hemet Ford had great customer service!

These guys ROCK!!!

As a customer at West Covina Performance Ford, Manny Hernandez is the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I've ever dealt with and as a new contact Fiona Doran is service is spectacular. I had an unexpected leak in my rear axle of my truck this week and she got my truck in and out in a single day!!!!!!!!! At a dealer!!!!! She kept her word on the time frame and kept me informed. This was so important because I am leaving this week to go on vacation and needed my truck in tip top condition. She saved my trip!!!!!! I highly recommend this dealer and Service department!!!! Manny and Fiona ROCK!!!!!!!

Do Not Buy From Them

Saw a car online and went to test drive. Was buying through the Sams Club buying program, but guess we didn’t know all the rules. The price given through Sams/ True Car was not what we ended up paying . True, the verbal agreements were NOT what the paperwork said and shame on us for being fooled. Up to the last 5 mins of signing papers they still were not giving us our discount. When I got home, I called True Car, only to find out we were lied to by Performance Ford. Not only that but nearly a month later they called to say they sold us the car without doing a smog test! We had to drive back to the dealership, 15 miles, only to find out we had to drive 5 more miles to another city to get it done. The whole experience was so stressful and I feel like a fool.

My recommendation is stay away from dealers like t

As a teacher and a military veteran, I will make sure to warn about this place. Was planning on buying a used Tundra from them today. The dealership was dishonest about the 4,000 dollar add-ons. I would have purchased if they just simply honored their price. They absolutely could be removed however the dealer said Lo-Jack can't be removed....hummm....that's an absolute lie. It was from there that they tried to sell based on a lies. My recommendation is stay away from dealers like this that are taking advantage of people in these uncertain times for pure greed. Buyer beware, bait and switch. Stereotypical sleazy car dealership.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!

Worst dealer ever Almost 30 going past due on my trade I can possibly get 30 days past due on my credit report! I have made several attempts to get this corrected with them and all I get is the run around, They have been tell me fo the last two weeks the pay of was made but I have checked with Ally and it hasn't. Now I'm going to have to get an attorney involved! And Ally will probably never give me a loan again due to this dealership. They suck big time!!! Clyde D. I'm going to put this on every review I can. Plenty of Ford dealers out there but this isn't the one!! Don't ever write a review on a dealer when they send you emails wait until all your stuff is correct at least A Month maybe even two.

You need to read my review before you buy.

I don’t know where to start. Not only did my transmission take a dump a week after my purchase, it’s been in the service dept for month. I’ve left messages, numerous text and 1 call back after going there in person. You can’t speak to a manager, your salesman could care less. I sincerely regret giving them my business.

Absolutely Disgusting To Deal With

I have bought over 10 cars in my life including 4 Ford's. This is by far the WORST dealership/buying experience I've ever had. They lie, manipulate and falsely advertise. Dealership has a huge markup which they don't tell you about or show you until you are in the process of purchasing. They advertise the car online for $46,000 and then when they quote it's $62,000. Even the sales manager Zaid said that's what they do. It's manipulating and wrong. Huge waste of time and disgusting people to deal with.

Markup! Markup! Stay away

Markup! Cannot believe a $24,000 car is marked up to $34,000! I am ready to buy! Not sit here and have them tell me make me an offer. Why would I pay over msrp especially 10 grand over even 2 grand over. Cars depreciate, they don't increase in price. Disappointed, Ford needs to step in
