They did a good job and it didn’t take long time for the job to be done.

Not thorough, take shortcuts and not willing to stand up to their misses. Manager would not acknowledge and would not refund the work and it’s in dispute with my cc company. And took my time which comes with a cost to me. Disappointed and won’t return.

Great service. Fast, addressed issues that I had. Would consider coming back even when service agreement is over. I would. Like them to wash my car after service, it’s a perk I get at Hopkins down the road with my MDX. It’s nice to get a clean car back after service. Just a suggestion. It adds the the appreciation I feel as a customer.

Reliable and honest . We asked for a courtesy check because we went on a trip and no questions asked they did it, responded: SURE😇. We thought they were going to say we do it for a fee, but we’re not charged. We really appreciate the gesture.

My service advisor Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very polite! He kept me informed as to what was going on with my car! I will use him again as my advisor!

Tony was extremely helpful, very good at communicating. One cashier was not very kind/helpful. She seemed bothered I was asking questions. It was not the cashier that actually cashed me out.

Service department is very courteous and professional. Service writers are great to deal with and if you've been there a couple of times even remember you. Highly recommend!
