Honestly you should NOT buy here. i did and they told me i was being given a warranty 1 year but they actually got it financed at $2,000 on top of the car finance. On top of that the purposely missed a page #10 on the CARFAX and also 1 page on my contract. on the contract was the itemization of amount financed page. Both times told me the printer made a mistake. and when i went they told me that they believed i was being given the warranty but the finance company swithced it up. Then they said my business was with the finance company not them. They also got me to remove a bad google review telling me they would help, after i did so they did not help or call me back and also never once answered my phone calls. I made it my mission to tell other about this and so far made them loose atleast 3 customers from my job, possibly more. I will continue to do so until the make it up to me. because that wasant just $2,000 it was financed so it compounds and id like to get that back. Bought the car January last year. So both Row the dealer and the finance guy lied to me. Row about the CARFAX and the finance guy about the warranty being given to me. want to know more just message me. Reply Edited

Great vehicles maintenance inspection is up to date and good people customer service excellent I do recommend car stars

They are very helpful and the car's they post was very nice older BMW 740il some where very overpriced for the year but some wasn't but I'm looking for the price range of $3000-$4000 in good condition

I got my car in March. Now I will say its a nice car, it has a few problems but nothing major so far. My issue is the car was listed for under 10,000. I got financed and put down $2350. I just took my paperwork out and looked at it closely and if the car with tax title and all that is $10017.93 and the total finance charge is $7427.07 and total of payments is 17445.00 then why is total sales price $19795? Its going the wrong way! I should be financed 17215.00. Looks like im paying my down payment twice!!! Just pay attention. Wished i would have!

Good day/evening to all you readers. I rarely, if ever, write reviews. I am making an exception for J.J. and Car Stars, simply because of the experience. My wife and I needed a vehicle in a bad way, and were a bit dubious, due to past experiences with the dreaded "sales experience", and getting snookered. HAving set the stage, I was astounded at the lengths that JJ went to ensure that we had the best possible deal, and also explained EVERY aspect in clear and concise terms. Not once was he pushy, or arrogant, or disinterested. Buying a car on a note is not something I do frequently, so I probably will not do it again for many years, BUT if I am in the market, I will make the trek to Car Stars, and give them my money and time. I made an appointment to come out and test drive a truck I was interested in. After I drove 50+ miles across Houston, they tell me they sold the truck yesterday. I told the salesman he should have let know before I made that drive. He didn't even apologize!

If I could leave no stars, I would. They sold me a lemon that I am forced to pay for. It is always something wrong with it, drove off the lot with lights on and they didn’t fix it, wanted me to use my warranty. They did a very bad job of covering up the seat that obviously had been repaired. The car was overpriced and a very bad car. Yes it is my fault for leaving the lot with it but someone picked it up for me, car has been falling apart since day one!!!
