Needed them to squeeze me in for a Saturday service appointment and they were happy to accommodate me. My service advisor Eddie was great and the car was even ready earlier than they said it would be!

My service advisor was fantastic!

My service advisor was fantastic! Norman is very knowledgeable, caring, engaging, thoughtful and most attentive. You know your vehicle is in good hands with him. Safety is critical to me. I don’t want to drive away wondering if the work on my vehicle was done properly. Norman took the time to explain everything that was done. Now that is comforting!

I’m not sure what’s happened to this service department.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this service department. Communication need to be improved. Almost impossible to speak to an advisor when you call or call back. When you do it doesn’t seem that they are clear what’s going on with your vehicle.
