I brought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for a routine oil change

I brought my 2020 GMC Terrain in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and also had a tire pressure sensor checked and replaced. Norman was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the service appointment. I am always happy with my experience at Performance Buick GMC!

I received an email billing at a price lower than the

I received an email billing at a price lower than the price that the dealership billed me when I picked the vehicle up. I never asked for tires to be rotated, but they were rotated at no charge. I expected a phone call from dealership when vehicle was ready for pickup, that never occurred I received a text message initially, I responded, but received no more text messages from the service dept except the billing that was different than what I actually paid
