Drove 90 miles to see a 2021 bmw 430.

Drove 90 miles to see a 2021 bmw 430. Dealer represented as certified even though it's not. After driving 90 Mike's found hood had significant hail damage and driver seat belt retractor was damaged. Convertible top was faded in the rear. Would not reco..and this dealership

Horrible way to do business.

Horrible way to do business. Was told car was being detailed and would be ready at 5. Salesperson then called and said car was sold!!! Never told us to come in earlier. Liars..cheats! I truly doubt they had the car at all!! I am livid! As an elected official, I will make sure everyone learns about this Shady business!

I went in and spoke with the sales rep, Luis Diaz with Route 23 Nissan. He was great! He was very attentive with us despite it being very busy. Luis made sure everything was being taken care of. He answered any questions I had. His patience and knowledge didn’t go unnoticed.

I 100% recommend Nissan 23. I specifically worked with Luis Diaz. He was professional, polite, quick, and really helped me crunch the numbers. He’s also very personable. In fact all of the staff was great. Joe came to assist with financing and he was stellar as well. If you’re in the market and not sure. I recommend this dealership

Bought a used car for our daughter from Ahmad Siam at Route 23 Nissan. We found Ahmad to be forthright in his approach and didn’t pressure us I to the transaction. We enjoyed his approach and would recommend him when you are looking to purchase a new vehicle
