I received a call confirming the vehicle I wanted was still available and ready. I arrived and was connected with a young personable salesman named Eliijah. He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and presented me with no nonsense sales contract. He never tried to upsell me. His style and professionalism was very refreshing

Stephanie provided exceptional service that felt like true white-glove treatment. Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. I recently had a disappointing experience with Route 23
I recently had a disappointing experience with Route 23 Nissan, and I feel it’s important to share my concerns regarding their business practices. During the financing process for multiple vehicles I purchased from them, I was offered GAP insurance, which I accepted. I explicitly declined all other additional coverage. However, I later discovered that substantial maintenance packages, totaling around $15,000, were added to my contracts without my clear consent. I was unaware of these charges until another lender informed me about a maintenance package when I was paying off one of my vehicles. Upon reviewing the contracts, I found that these packages had been included on the same page as the GAP insurance, with small, nearly unnoticeable "X" marks indicating these additional coverages. These fees were added without my approval, even though I had verbally declined them. This occurred on all four vehicles I purchased from Route 23 Nissan. When I approached the finance manager about the issue, I was shown my signature next to the GAP insurance, with the additional packages hidden in the fine print. His response was dismissive, stating that I should have read the contract more carefully. While I accept responsibility for not scrutinizing every line, I believe the dealership’s approach lacks transparency and integrity. These hidden charges resulted in a significant financial loss over two years, for services I never agreed to or utilized. I urge anyone considering doing business with Route 23 Nissan to thoroughly review all sections of their contract before signing, especially for any unwanted or undisclosed services. This experience has left me with a deep sense of mistrust, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to others.

Stay away from Route 23 Nissan in Butler , I paid $199.
Stay away from Route 23 Nissan in Butler , I paid $199.00 plus an additional $1,000.00 for repair and diagnostic report, i picked up my truck and the next day I had the same problem, I paid $175.00 to get it towed plus a rental car and they would not stand behind the work and told me they would not pay to have my truck brought in, I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against them and will make sure I alert all media , they were extremely rude hung up the phone on me 5 times and the manager Craig would not take my call. They lied and said he was on a test drive then 5 minutes later they said he was in the shop. Deception starts from the top and I see the owner of this dealership ship has over 50 complaints against him and is not a preferred rated dealer from BBB

Scammers********** They try to sneak in additional fees during sale process and then again while in the finance office. I can only imagine how many people they taken advantage of. Terrible service. Stay away and if you bought a car recently check your invoice. I’m sure you will find some hidden gems.

was told the car had a 120 point inspection on it.
was told the car had a 120 point inspection on it. when i asked for the inspection report, turns out it was only 30 items, not 120, so that was lie #1. i was told the car was repaired according to the inspection report. the report said the car needed immediate rear brakes, but those were never done. this was lie #2. i kept emailing the dealer for a week straight, but they stopped responding.
