I don't like your write up, you are explaining to much, be aggressive and sharp. Stick with mine I came here with a friend who was buying a used 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE (163,851 miles). I handled the negotiation, and we agreed on $16,000 total payment - $9,000 down payment, $7000 to be financed. They brought the paper work listing the car at $20,699, nearly $4700 above the price agreed on Plus a $4120 warranty we never asked for. Total amount they wanted us to pay was $26,704.97. minus the down payment ($9000) They wanted us to finance $17,704. 😂 Also they charged extra $450 on a card payment on the $9000. When I told them we agreed on $16000, they said that's the cash price that if we wanted to pay cash we'd pay the full $16000, plus an extra $2000. They were just confusing themselves. Changing figures up and down. Saying it's the bank, it's the bank. This is a simple case, is the car $16000 or not..how can you pay down payment of $9000 and finance $17704 ..where did that number come from? I just requested a refund when I realized they plan on being fraudulent Please just avoid them at all cost. You have been warned.
