The service at Bill Knight was excellent as usual! Starting with Cooper Houchin, Service facilitator: He dealt with my Ford warranty particulars, told me what needed to be done, made apt. for loaner, kept me updated on the work progress and is very personable. The loaner department folks were efficient and helpful as well. The technicians always seem to do a good job. I will not be taking my Focus anywhere else. PC
