A great deal of effort expended by staff, but once a deal is agreed and hands are shaken, one is no longer "a customer"-- but a doormat whose time and good will are as nothing. happily there is Burlington, Wake Forest, and Battleground /Greensboro, all a pleasant drive away.

I was not pressured, all offers were within my budget I laid out, and she even came in on a day off to make sure my out of state purchase was smooth. I am very happy with my new vehicle. The salesman did his job, once it left his hands the smoke and mirrors came out. Already had a check written and suddenly they had paperwork for $1500. The most unethical behavior. Beware.
