Sean initially took our call. He was super friendly and put us at ease as we were worried about seeing a car. He made sure to hold the car for a Saturday AM appt and even made sure the car was cleaned inside and out and topped off with gas. When we showed up Saturday Sean put is in the great hands of Kenny who really took care of us. He went with us for a test drive of the vehicle. Answered all of our questions and was very kind and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the car and even helped us set up a new addition we wanted to add to the vehicle off-site. My wife and I were blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone was. We didn't necessarily intend to purchase that day, but we happily walked out of the shop with a new car. They made the trade-in process of our old vehicle a breeze and again made the entire start to finish stress free and easy. We were so fortunate to stumble upon this vehicle and this dealership. We will definitely be sending friend their way when looking for new or used vehicles! We live on the Southside of Indy and driving out to Plainfield is worth the trip!
