Multiple times within 2 years of service this department has fallen short of adequate performance.

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast service and very helpful keeping me informed through the whole service.

Service manager I talked with was very polite. Price of services was reasonable and everything was explained.

Asked for a 5 tire rotation and got 4. I understand that they’re doing some renovations there but there’s nowhere for customers to park out by the service entrance. I had to park in the employee lot. Overall a disappointing first experience there. I’m unsure if I will return.

Had an appointment for 7 weeks, on the 3rd day the vehicle was there they worked on it. $2600 later, my vehicle acts like it's going to die when reversing it wasn't that way when I brought it in. I'm sure I will be told it's not related to the service I had completed.

Got there early, and was waited on early as well, staff courteous & informative! Always appreciate the extra smiles they give!

After waiting a month for an appointment my car was not looked at on the day it was supposed to be. It somehow got put on hold of which I found out about only because I called to check on it as no one had called me. Not the worst thing that could happen but I had a rental and shuffling family cars so just was a bit disappointed.

He was Knowledgeable, companionate, he made it easy, helpful, great conversation and we felt at home.
