I have always had a good experience whenever Dealing with a Chrysler dealership. This time York was very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job.

Since this dealership was purchased by York the service department has spiraled downward getting worse each time I go there. This time I dropped my truck off 9-28 checked back about 2 weeks later and they said it was almost done. Continued to hear nothing and each time I called it was the same thing. I finally stopped by on 10/21 and the service manager said oh it’s been ready for some time. Why no call? He said I have had a lot of communication issues here lately. This cost me a rental car for several weeks. Absolutely pathetic
