Lack of communication, no good estimate of when work
Lack of communication, no good estimate of when work would be completed.. this was the worst service I’ve ever received at this location. My truck was there for two months the. Had to take back the next day as the check engine light came back on.. that repair only took two hours.

I have been coming to this dealership for more years than
I have been coming to this dealership for more years than I can remember, back when Carson built this building. Since York has been here I have seen more employee turnover than ever before. The reason I return to this dealership is the stability of its employees. The parts department has changed, l miss Rodney. Now Doug in service is gone. I am also glad to see Eric back in sales. I am also glad to see MARK HOLTSCLAW back in the service department, he is my main reason for returning. MARK is very customer friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE about automobiles. You need to hang on to him, my reason for returning is the relationship that we have developed over time.
