Bought my 2022 Jeep gladiator here, the salesman was great, he even make house calls.

Terrible experience. New 2022 ram. Oil was spilled all down the side of the engine during oil change! Got back to work & oil was all over the bottom of the truck and on fresh concrete. They told me they spilt it down the engine and that’s what I was seeing. Prob was a loose something. They did half way clean my new truck off. Won’t be back. Took it to the dealer for professional service got two young guys who obviously didn’t care.would have gave a 0 if a option

Picked up jeep from repairs and they let me drive off unsafe with break issues.

Very impressed and really appreciated it when I called to make an appointment for a problem with my car and it was explained to me that although they didn’t have any openings until October , he offered to have me come in within a few days for the diagnosis so they could prioritize their schedule in case it needed immediate attention. I'm a longtime satisfied customer at the York Service Center. Give plenty of details about your routine or repair needs, and they will take good notes so that the result is typically excellent. And don't hesitate to give a critique if needed, since they will endeavor to make revisions. The Parts department and Cashiers are also efficient.

When we called, very friendly customer service personnel answered phone promptly. Was able to get appointment for day and time that worked for us. When we arrived we was greeted promptly and only waited a few minutes before we brought in. In about an hour our car was ready. When we stop at service desk to pay nice friendly customer service personnel gave us a rose for coming to York.

I've always enjoyed doing business at York Jeep and Chris Evans was phenomenal on the sale. Very knowledgeable and attentive and answered all of my questions.
