I had an appointment set for 8/9/22.

I had an appointment set for 8/9/22. Dropped car off about 11am, got a call that they did not get to get to the car that day. That was fine, Wed I called after 5 when I hadn’t heard from them (no answer) someone took a message & said the shop would call me back. Wed no call back, so Thur afternoon I called again, no answer. I waited, and called again no answer. Friday morning I called, again no answer. So I said if I didn’t get an answer by 3pm or if no one called I was going up there. So I called back after 3 and finally got someone to answer & after asking another person if my car was ready the gentleman came back to the phone & said it was ready. I was just have some airbag recalls fixed. So it took 4 days to do this & no communication outside of Tuesday evening. I picked the car up Friday evening right before the shop closed. Someone from York called me the following week I think Wednesday & told me that my car was ready. I asked if he was sure it was my car? He said why have you picked it up already? I told him I did Fri before the shop closed. He apologized for calling me & hung up. Next time I have to have any work done I will drive to Greenwood or up north. This was totally unprofessional. I can understand if they were short handed or over booked had they kept the lines of communication open. I never received an apology, an offer for a loaner car, a free oil change for the inconvenience (NOTHING) and that’s fine, but next time I’ll drive the extra 20 plus mins in hopes of a better experience.

Mark is the absolute best.

Mark is the absolute best. After an abysmal experience at Tom O'Brien, I decided to bring my Jeep back to where I bought it. Mark was extremely helpful, especially with ensuring that my warranty was fully executed. Even though it's a haul, it is worth it for the service. Service reps often talk down to or try and take advantage of women customers in a shop, but Mark (and Brian) assume a level of intelligence that it refreshing.
