My issue is with Jeep in general.

My issue is with Jeep in general. They produce a mediocre product, the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on, and their lack of customer focus is appalling. Anytime you need troubleshooting, and potentially warranty pay, it is a minimum 3 week wait. When you need standard, customer pay service (tune up, oil change, etc) they can get you in next day. There is no concern as to whether or not the vehicle is operable. This specific issue, I waited several months for a part. This is completely unacceptable. I worked as a service advisor for Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge years ago and things were handled much differently. The customer is not the center of what they do anymore.

When we got to the dealership Rodney welcomed use with a big smile and helped us out every step of the way. If you ever purchase a vehicle from York he’s the man to see, he’s very knowledgeable, friendly and very funny to be around. Mackenzie Cochrun was also a big help by staying late to help out as she can and I appreciated that.

Rodney is top notch!

Rodney is top notch!!! His knowledge and genuineness and positive energy made the jeep buying experience memorable and stress fee !! He even made sure my wheels and tires were changed in time to drive home that very day. His presentation of my Jeep with a bow on top and music blaring was a joy!! I have an oil change plan for synthetic oil.

I have an oil change plan for synthetic oil. Upon picking up my Jeep, I noticed the invoice said synthetic blend. I questioned this. Bridget investigated and claimed that synthetic oil was used. I asked how she can be sure. She said the sticker noted a 6000 mile interval and that's the only way she can be sure without asking the tech. The tech should have been questioned, and they were unsure the oil should have been changed again. She said, either way it will be fine since they're both synthetic. That is not accurate. I paid for synthetic oil and expect to receive that. She instructed me to remind them to use synthetic oil in the future. I do not believe I should have to remind them when I have a package for synthetic oil. I changed my oil again myself to ensure that it has synthetic oil. I was very unhappy with this experience.

Rodney helped my wife find a jeep, and she is the picky type. He picked it up from a neighboring dealership ON HIS BIRTHDAY to make sure she got it before it sold to someone else. Standup guy.
