I stopped in without an appointment.
I stopped in without an appointment. I wanted an oil change and tires rotated. 1 1/2 hrs. . Not bad for no appointments

My radiator dumped coolant while I was enroute to IA.
My radiator dumped coolant while I was enroute to IA. Brian and his techs fit me in first thing Monday morning, with no appointment, and had me on the road within 3 hours. They were nice, sympathetic, and efficient. Thanks so much!

Your service writers are the most condescending people I
Your service writers are the most condescending people I have ever dealt with. Just because I have a few wrinkles does not mean I am stupid. I went for a simple oil change and a leaky tire, needless to say things went from bad to worst. The next day we dropped off my partners van this was Wednesday something was leaking from under the hood he told them he needed it by Friday at 2 pm Friday afternoon no one had even looked at it no one call NOTHING he ended up coming to get he van. We will never be returning you certainly are following Westgates excellent customer service

Two Service department representatives did not greet or
Two Service department representatives did not greet or acknowledge me upon arrival, a third representative came from another location and immediately greeted me (I don’t recall his name). I had to call several hours later for an update. Check out person was unable to greet me to check me out because another employee was hovering over her and wouldn’t leave.
