York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plainfield

Brought in my Dodge Journey in for a simple alignment and they wrecked it and then they said they would fix everything and it came back crappy still has been and paint to would not recommend this place to anyone worst service ever. Tell them about how my car is still messed up and they have yet to contact me back to fix their mess up

York has great service, even after I bought a Lincoln I still take my car to Yorks for all my repaired. They take all Service contract and they do great work!

I have already reviewed this place yet they keep sending surveys. Terrible customer service followed by harassment. I absolutely do not recommend. They give you lip service until you complain to management and then finally work on your car. The techs do not respect the service advisor and that just makes it bad for the customers .

I am new to Indiana and went to your company for service on my 2017 Jeep. They were able to get me in the next day! They were great to work with and was able to sell me a new key and program it. One of my keys got lost in the move. The service was fantastic and I will continue to go there for service. I will be looking for a new car in the spring and I will be going to your company first.

Terrible service. I originally brought my car in because I had a screw in the tire. My car was there for over three hours for a tire repair and oil change. Upon picking up my car, I got on the interstate in my car began to shake like it was going to fall off. I was told that I needed to bring my car back, but needed to bring it by 515 because the shop is closing at 6:00. Apparently, the wheel weights were not place back on the tires, and the tires were not balanced. The previous time I had came to the same shot for an oil change, I told the service agent that I had a low tire. Upon getting my car this time, the technician failed to even put air in my tires. Just seems like service isn’t a priority for this location.

Joel was very helpful in making the purchase and put my kind at ease. Sean helped explain the financial part in terms I could understand. I will recommend York to others.
