Misleading at best.
Misleading at best. Deal texted to me was changed just hours before pick up. Fees added into final pricing but not listed on invoice. Was told the fees were "auto generated" but the fees did not pertain to me. Warranty offer to close the deal misleading at best and retracted at signing. Trade In first offered was below advertised guarantee minimum. I presume but cant confirm sales manager was made aware of all.

Unreal.
Unreal. I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from this location and had them serviced here. I am done after my last visit. I have never been treated this poorly

Had estimate, agreed on,, later found out 'additional
Had estimate, agreed on,, later found out 'additional work' was needed.. When ready to pick up, checked bill, saw additional was coolant change Which was done at another place prior week. Commented to one person, Think we were on different wave length's for did not understand his reply. XTRA CHARGE, UCK!! Having been ripped off by prior ownership, vehicle WAS under warranty then, I paid & left.. All were most pleasant just that one problem...
