Tom made the overall experience great and went above and beyond to satisfy my car buying needs.

My husband and I went to look at a ct200h. The team there worked very hard with us to get us the car and another car needed for our family. We were there with our 3 year old. They were fantastic with the small person. The team there tended to her needs fantastically. Daniel was spot on with arts and crafts and Mike came by with a teddy bear. My 3 year old was so spoiled by them she keeps asking to "go look at cars". We will be going back to this dealership for the our future car needs. They have made customers for life.

Buyer a car can be a painful experience as we all know, but working with Herb Simonsen was a pleasure and we are in the market for our second Lexus coming in June.

Follow up on preview review posted on April 17th: One of the ways to tell someone who's there for the long run and cares about the customers' complete satisfaction is how they handle situations when something goes wrong. My car was in for service and the workshop accidentally chipped some paint on the hood of the car. Initially, I did not have a good experience discussing this with the service manager, but the GM Chris Brenner did all he could to correct the situation. The damage was repaired to my satisfaction and warranted. I was provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair. I would like to change my one star experience to four stars. Would've rated it five stars if there was no incident at all and I was saved from the trouble, but it's more or less five stars with the excellent follow-up service. Many thanks to Chris/Park Place.

Park Place Lexus of Plano provides excellent Customer Service. All Customers are made comfortable from the time they pull in to the location. Our experience with Herb was exceptional; a great experience. Herb was personable, helpful and was not pushey. He treated us with respect and the utmost courtesy.

Daniel was a complete joy to work with. We had spent all day in car dealerships, starting with 3 hours at the BMW dealership. We went to Lexus with almost no idea of the vehicle that we wanted, and Daniel helped us find the perfect vehicle that fits our needs. He spent over four hours with us to make sure we got what we needed, and was completely pleasant from start to finish. He made our experience much more enjoyable than my family and I could have ever thought possible at a car dealership. He believes in the brand that he sells and made it clear that Lexus is the car brand to go with. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

I have bought 4 new cars before this one and all I can say is this was by far the best ever exeprience I had. Got the best rate for my trade-in and new SUV with 0 negotiation.
