Fabulous buying experience
Had been looking for a new vehicle for quite a while. Zane helped me during my initial inquiries and through finding the exact right vehicle once I made the decision to go with a RX350. He was incredibly knowledgeable, instantaneous on follow-up and even sat with me to explain how to use/program many of the great features of the car. Second Purchase
When I began my car search for a Lexus in 2009, I visited another dealership and immediately was turned off by their lack of customer service. I ended my search at Park Place Plano where Herb was my salesman, I purchased my 2010 ES350 and just recently upgraded it to a 2015 NX. The customer service at Park Place is excellent and they treat you like royalty. Herb goes above and beyond, I am absolutely a Park Place customer for life!

Amazing Customer Service!
I must say, I have been car shopping for a few weeks and ran into quite a few dealerships that left me feeling as if my shopping inquiries didn't matter. However, Herb Simonsen at Park Place Plano has provided me a whole new perspective! He was very professional, personable, and attentive to every question I had...or should I say, "have"! Even after making my purchase, he has followed up with me and continues to extend his excellent customer service. His professionalism has made all the difference in my car shopping experience which is definitely an added bonus to buying my gorgeous IS 250 C! custom new car ordered was not what was delivered
I'm a female who had a terrible experience trying to custom order an RC350. After ordering Jan 31 and waiting until 4/23 (5 days late), the car prepped and ready for me was not the model I had ordered. It was close but it was not the AWD I wanted. Somehow, according to the Sales Manager, a real 'honest' fluke-like mistake happened and a Colorado dealer snatched my car and sold it to a man there. In trying to find me a similar car, there was a call to another dealer and there was going to be a second call to arrange a trade between the dealerships to get something close to what I specified (with another 3 - 4 week wait). So if dealers have to call the each other and arrange for cars to be shipped/traded to different locations, then how did my car get sidetracked to CO? I believe someone at Park Place Plano thought that I, a female, would not check the order details and wouldn't realize I was not getting what I paid a deposit to get. I am very disappointed in the Sales customer service. When ordering a new car from Park Place, be sure to check all the details when the car arrives to be sure it is the car you ordered. I personally think females must be very diligent to not be taken advantage of by the dealership.
