The service department and the sales staff here are great. They are friendly and attentive, and the staff remembers me every time I come in. If you want to be treated right and get the your service completed correctly every time, I definitely recommend Barnes Crossing Ford!

I went and got a van for my business on 4-21-21.. It was a 2020 Ford Express. It was 33,000.00. i paid 10,000 down. 2 weeks later it was raining heavy and the rain was coming inside the van. I called talk to Neal and the Manager over sales Nothing has been done as of now. I use this van everyday for my business and it is stressful and embarrassing. wind is coming through the window and you can't hear the radio. I fill stuck! the plastic piece over the review mirror keep falling. I didn't think I would have any problems out of a 2020.Today is 8-13-21 and it's still not fixed.

I recently went to Alabama to have repairs done to my rv. One of my issues was an inaccurate speedometer problem. Tiffin recommended that I call Barnes Crossing Ford. I did so and spoke with Jamie, the service manager. She assured me they could fix my problem, that day. I got to the dealership and within minutes James was working on my rv. Within an hour the problem was found and corrected. I had contacted two large dealerships in the Raleigh, North Carolina and both said they could not make the repair. I was very impressed by their knowledge, prompt action and willingness to address the issue at Barnes Crossings. It was nice to meet a caring staff.
