I have never owned a KIA. I go to Springfield to shop and I always passed by the Jeff Wyler Dealership. So, with my present vehicle nearing 95,000 miles, I decided to stop by on a Sunday to look around. One thing I liked, was that the sales personnel didn't swarm you and let you look unless you had a question. I checked the ratings on KIA and was very impressed. The salesman Tyler Lacey was absolutely amazing. He followed up immediately on my inquiries of certain cars. I went down to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, but unfortunately, I was not able to financially afford it. Tyler still made a point to thank me in person and by e-mail for coming down. I began to look at other KIA's that had great reviews for safety and reliability. To make a very long story short, I had a car within the same day Tyler called me.
