I am new to the area, and highly recommend this dealership!

I needed to replace a 2005 Toyota Prius, Jeff Wyler provided a no-pressure environment and a great price on a new Prius 2016 model. John Raster a point of working with me to ensure the details necessary to purchase the new model went smoothly!

No pressure buying, top notch customer service

10,000 mile check up

Went in for my 10,000 mile checkup. They are always very professional and friendly. Very quick service less then an hour wait time. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Buying used off the internet

Tammie was great to work with. As I lived an hour away, I had to get the price agreed to before making the long trip. This was done using emails. Responses were fast and not pushy. Having agreed to the price, I made the trip to test drive the vehicle. It was as good as advertised. The paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner and we were on our way. Nice vehicle and nice staff. Not pushy and communicated well by email and phone calls.

Excellent over the top experience with unparallel service

I called into the Jeff Wyler Kia agency to look at a Kia Optima. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Tyler Lacey, our salesman. He went above and beyond to assist me in my choice of models and accessories. He sorted out all the paperwork and finance out excellently and to my satisfaction - I left with a 2016 Kia Optima EX with all the bells and whistles that I wanted and a few more - I can't praise their service enough

TYLER LACEY MADE ME A JEFF WYLER CUSTOMER...

I have never owned a KIA. I go to Springfield to shop and I always passed by the Jeff Wyler Dealership. So, with my present vehicle nearing 95,000 miles, I decided to stop by on a Sunday to look around. One thing I liked, was that the sales personnel didn't swarm you and let you look unless you had a question. I checked the ratings on KIA and was very impressed. The salesman Tyler Lacey was absolutely amazing. He followed up immediately on my inquiries of certain cars. I went down to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, but unfortunately, I was not able to financially afford it. Tyler still made a point to thank me in person and by e-mail for coming down. I began to look at other KIA's that had great reviews for safety and reliability. To make a very long story short, I had a car within the same day Tyler called me. Tyler is professional with a personal touch. I am so blessed that he was my salesman. I know he worked to help me get the car I wanted. THANK YOU TYLER FOR EVERYTHING.

Customer Service

I enjoyed my purchase of my vehicle from Jonnie. He was very friendly and cared a lot that I was satisfied. Jordan also was awesome dealing with me. I don't like having a 25 word min. on the review. I have nothing else to say.
